About The Position
Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist required for a travel assignment in Fort Bragg, California. This 13-week contract starts on 10/26/2026, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 4x10 Days shift. The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,899 to $3,012 and occurs in a critical access hospital environment. This assignment is travel - temporary, through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.
Requirements
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment (California)
- Current BLS certification
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, Critical Access Hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging studies, including X-ray and CT, as assigned for patient care.
- Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety throughout imaging.
- Operate imaging equipment, optimize technique, and adjust parameters to achieve high-quality images.
- Verify orders, document procedures, and maintain accurate patient records and image labeling.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles and infection control practices.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver timely imaging and accurate results.
