About The Position

We’re looking for a Radiology & Imaging Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Radiology Department and take imaging excellence to the next level. You’ll be the go-to leader helping our technologists and registrars succeed while partnering with radiologists, providers, hospital leaders, and other departments. In short: you’ll help keep the people, technology, and patient experience moving in the right direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of radiology/imaging diagnostic experience
• Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners license
• ARRT Radiography certification
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support HeartSaver & First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Leading daily Radiology & Imaging operations
• Supporting, coaching, and developing team members
• Building schedules that keep our department running smoothly
• Participating in hiring, onboarding, orientation, and evaluations
• Reviewing timecards, monitoring staffing, and supporting budget goals
• Standardizing imaging protocols and promoting consistent image quality
• Identifying opportunities to improve patient care and department efficiency
• Resolving problems and providing excellent service recovery when needed
• Supporting radiation safety and regulatory compliance
• Leading process-improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with providers, radiologists, and hospital leaders
• Helping optimize workflows through EPIC and Radiant
• Participating in committees and hospital-wide initiatives
