Responsibilities
- Coordination of staff, equipment, and supply resources on a daily basis to meet the demands of the Radiology department.
- Discipline, enforce policy and procedure, and direct activities of department staff.
- Provide recommendations on the hiring or termination of staff.
- Responsible for staff assignments, monthly schedules, and flexing of staff as needed.
- May perform as the Clinical Instructor for the department.
- Assure clinical care services are available to the community.
- Support daily operations in CT, Fluoro and xray.
- Assist with QA resolution, database monitoring and physician access.
- Serve as role model to all staff for deployment of Service Excellence Standards.
- Make changes and staff adjustments in order to meet Premiere Productivity Standards.
