Responsibilities

  • Coordination of staff, equipment, and supply resources on a daily basis to meet the demands of the Radiology department.
  • Discipline, enforce policy and procedure, and direct activities of department staff.
  • Provide recommendations on the hiring or termination of staff.
  • Responsible for staff assignments, monthly schedules, and flexing of staff as needed.
  • May perform as the Clinical Instructor for the department.
  • Assure clinical care services are available to the community.
  • Support daily operations in CT, Fluoro and xray.
  • Assist with QA resolution, database monitoring and physician access.
  • Serve as role model to all staff for deployment of Service Excellence Standards.
  • Make changes and staff adjustments in order to meet Premiere Productivity Standards.
