About The Position

The Radiology Information Systems Manager supports information technology systems used by the Radiology department and the hospital organization. The role requires knowledge of PACS and related application communications, along with the ability to provide after-hours IT assistance to physicians, Radiology department personnel, and hospital staff. Candidates must provide examples demonstrating organizational, computer, and time-management skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of experience in an IT-related environment are required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. ARRT registration is preferred. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Two years of previous experience in an IT-related environment.
• Knowledge of PACS and related communications of applications within the Radiology department and hospital organization.
• Provide characteristics or examples of organizational skills, computer skills, and time-management skills.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Be accessible to provide after-hours IT-related assistance.
