About The Position

Expanding physician-founded private practice is seeking a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology shifts! This is a fully remote position. The group is physician-owned and physician-operated, headquartered in the Omaha, NE area. They deliver Radiology services in 14 states and have over 100 Radiologists and 75 staff members. This is a private Radiologist-run practice, still led by physicians, and not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. Shift options include 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month with zero call or after-hours expectations. The practice offers 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all radiologists, with no cherry-picking by senior doctors. The operations team handles alerting hospitals and backend work for critical findings.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be able to work 60 hours of coverage per month.

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX.

Responsibilities

• Typical Swing Shift Compensation: $700,000 - $1 million (Dependent on reading speed)
