About The Position

Growing physician-led private group seeks a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology shifts! This is a 100% remote position. The group is based near Omaha, NE, and is physician-owned and physician-led, co-founded by 2 Radiologists who still read with the group today. They deliver Radiology coverage across 14 states, with over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. It is a private Radiologist practice run by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. There is zero call or after-hours expectation. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system of reads ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all radiologists, with no cherry-picking by senior doctors. The operations team handles alerting hospitals and all backend work for critical findings.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be able to acquire state medical licenses (group will assist)
• Must be able to read approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to read approximately 20 studies per hour
• Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX

Responsibilities
