About The Position

Growing physician-owned private group is hiring a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology coverage. This is a 100% remote role. The group is based out of the Omaha, NE area and is physician-owned and physician-managed. It was co-founded by 2 Radiologists who remain active readers. The group provides Radiology coverage in 14 states and employs more than 100 Radiologists and 75 staff. It is a private Radiologist-operated practice, run by physicians, and not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves Diagnostic radiologists working 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. Shift options include 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month with zero call or after-hours expectations. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions or difficult cases. There is an equitable distribution system of reads to ensure similar volume and compensation opportunities for all. If a critical finding is detected, the operations team handles alerting the hospital and all backend work.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be able to cover 60 hours of coverage per month
• Must be able to work 6-8 hour shifts
• Must be able to work 7on/7off or 7on/14off schedules

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX

Responsibilities

• Read a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.
• Provide Teleradiology coverage for Swing or Overnight shifts.
• Work independently and remotely.
• Cover approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift (roughly 20 per hour).
• Read approximately 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, and 10% MR.
