About The Position

Growing physician-founded private group seeking a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology shifts. This is a 100% remote position. The group is based in the greater Omaha, NE area, is physician-owned and physician-led, and provides Radiology coverage in 14 states. The group consists of over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. It is a private Radiologist practice still operated by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume, working 100% teleradiology. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours, with options for 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month, with zero call or after-hours expectations. There is 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions. An equitable distribution system ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all readers. The operations team handles alerting hospitals for critical findings and all backend work.

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
Eligible to acquire a state medical license
Ability to work independently and remote
Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
Ability to work 60 hours of coverage per month
Ability to read approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift (roughly 20 per hour)
Reading Mix: Roughly 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR

Already possess a license for the following states: CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX

Responsibilities

Read a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.
