About The Position

Thriving physician-founded private group seeks a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology work! This is a 100% remote opportunity. The group is physician-owned and physician-directed, started by 2 Radiologists who still read cases with this group. They offer Radiology coverage across 14 states and have a team of over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. This is a private Radiologist practice still managed by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves Diagnostic radiologists working 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. Shift options include 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month. There is zero call or after hours expectation. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system of reads ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all. If a critical finding is detected, the operations team handles alerting the hospital and all backend work.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be available for 60 hours of coverage per month.

• Already possess a license for the following states: CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX

Responsibilities

• Read a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.
• Cover Swing or Overnight shifts.
• Provide coverage for 60 hours per month.
• Work independently and remotely.
• Read approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift (roughly 20 per hour).
• Read approximately 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, and 10% MR.
