Radiologic Technologists produce high quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology, procedural protocol and the American College of Radiology. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and themselves. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths. Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is now hiring General Radiology, Computed Tomography (CT), Interventional Radiology (IR), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists. Please note that General Radiologic Technologists are a 133 pay grade and MRI, CT, and IR Technologists are a 135 pay grade.

Requirements

  • Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.
  • Some modalities will require an associate’s degree in a related field.
  • ARRT (R) certified in Radiography or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment.
  • Annual documentation of ARRT certification required.
  • All incumbents are required to obtain advanced certification in respective modalities (CT, MR, IR) within 18 months of hire.
  • CPR/BLS Certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.
