About The Position

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring a Racker for a hands-on, fast-paced general labor role in a manufacturing environment. The Racker racks, unracks, and packages customer parts according to work orders, handles products and tooling safely, performs visual inspections, records production information, monitors equipment, and keeps the work area clean and organized. The role requires following safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and prior manufacturing experience is not required. The position is on the first shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a performance/pay review after 90 days and same-day pay mentioned in the posting. The work involves repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds and exposure to heat, noise, industrial equipment, sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines. Hearing protection and other safety equipment are used. The posting describes a team-oriented environment where attitude matters.
