About The Position

InProduction is hiring a full-time, direct-hire General Labor team member to help clean, prepare, inspect, and maintain rental equipment and support warehouse and yard operations. The position uses pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools, and includes basic maintenance tasks such as replacing glass and removing tape and decals. The role requires following safety procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and helping maintain clean, organized, safe facilities. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with overtime pay.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening requirements.
Familiarity with basic hand tools.
Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
Able to work overtime occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing glass and removing tape and decals.
Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
Clean and properly maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.
Perform other duties as required.
