About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is seeking dependable, hard-working General Labor team members for overnight retail, commercial, and facility improvement projects. The role supports national retail stores with new store setups and full store remodels, performing hands-on tasks such as assembly, installation, setup, teardown, stocking, and moving materials. Candidates with experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, installation, manufacturing, moving, merchandising, or other physically active work are encouraged to apply. The position offers ongoing project work and career advancement opportunities. Employees must live within 45 miles of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The schedule is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, at $20 per hour. DailyPay is available with free enrollment.

Requirements

Ability to stand for shifts of eight or more hours.
Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts.
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Personal cell phone and valid email address.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Steel-toed footwear is required on job sites.

Nice To Haves

Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, installation, or similar work.
Basic tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

Work overnight on retail, commercial, and facility improvement projects.
Assist with assembly, installation, setup, teardown, and stocking.
Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Follow project instructions and work effectively with team members.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
