About The Position

The Racking Associate pulls and stages products for orders, moves inventory for storage, and supports loading, unloading, palletizing, product identification, inventory accuracy, and staging of incoming containers. The role also maintains accurate records of inventory movement, identifies damaged products, follows safe work practices, keeps the facility clean, wears required PPE and appropriate clothing, and assists other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull product from inventory and stage pallets for orders.
• Move products for storage as instructed by the supervisor.
• Load and unload trucks, complete documents accurately, and ensure accountability of loads.
• Apply shrink wrap, mark pallets, and stage products in assigned locations.
• Help unload and palletize incoming containers; properly identify products, maintain inventory accuracy, and stage products.
• Down-stack or up-stack products uniformly in their locations for proper accountability.
• Replenish partial pallet locations as required.
• Identify damaged products and coordinate with the Racking Area Lead.
• Maintain safe work practices as instructed by management.
• Keep the facility clean and free of debris.
• Document inventory movement accurately.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment and acceptable clothing for the work environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
