About The Position

The Powder Coat Racker/Loader prepares, loads, and racks aluminum castings before they are powder coated. The role involves loading castings onto racks efficiently while inspecting them for quality. It is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and requires repetitive work, standing or bending for extended periods, and regularly lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Personal protective equipment, including gloves, ear protection, an apron, and safety glasses, is supplied. The position is full-time, on-site in Kelso, Washington, and follows a day schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hand dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and produce quality work at a fast pace.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with exposure to fumes, dust, and noise while using required personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and correctly load parts in a warehouse work environment.
