About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Loader Operator in its Aggregates line of business. The role operates loaders to move and load materials safely and efficiently, performs routine equipment maintenance and inspections, follows safety procedures, and works with team members to complete projects on time. The operator reports equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors.

The work takes place primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Employment is conditional on successfully completing a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Starting pay is $24.35 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• Proven competency in operating loaders and other heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
• Successfully complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
