About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring a Quotations Specialist for a large, growing manufacturing company in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role handles customer inquiries and order-related work, including preparing quotes and entering orders and purchase orders in SAP. The position is contract-to-hire and hybrid after training, with two remote days and three days in the office.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using an ERP or CRM system in a customer service role.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Create customer quotes, orders, and purchase orders in SAP.
• Identify the parts needed by customers.
• Communicate customer order updates and revisions by phone and email.
• Track jobs in the ERP system.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Assist with special products as needed.
