About The Position
Five Star Ford Dallas is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Quick Service Advisor to join our dealership's Express Service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections. You'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our Quick Lane process. Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Automotive or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and write repair orders
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle needs
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Explain completed services and process payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service
