About The Position

Ford of OKC, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a Quick Lane Technician to join its growing team. The technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil and filter service, tire rotation and pressure checks, brake-pad inspections, multipoint inspections, fluid checks, and lubrication of moving parts. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Submit to and successfully complete an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Drain engine oil and refill it with the suggested viscosity and quantity.
• Replace oil and air filters when needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect brake pads.
• Check and adjust tire air pressure.
• Complete multipoint inspections on every vehicle.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels of key components.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
