About The Position

Bartow Ford is hiring a Quick Lane Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles in a modern facility. The role includes oil changes, brake services, tire replacements, vehicle diagnosis and repair, accurate work-order completion, quality customer service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM–7:30 PM, with rotating evenings and Saturdays; hours may vary. Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
