About The Position

The Automotive Quick Lane Manager oversees all aspects of the Quick Lane department, monitors its daily sales, gross profit, and expenses, and coordinates with other department managers. The role handles customer concerns requiring management involvement and maintains positive working relationships with manufacturer representatives. The manager also keeps open repair orders current and hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors service department staff. The position ensures staff meet manufacturer and dealership training and certification requirements and follows company values, policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role may include other duties assigned by management to meet company needs. It involves prolonged periods of computer use and data entry.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check.

Nice To Haves

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
