About The Position

The Referral Queue Scheduler at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is the first point of contact for patients referred to the practice. The role handles calls in the Referral Queue and ensures patients are scheduled correctly or transferred to their intended location. It offers opportunities for growth and cross-training within the Registration department.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls in the Referral Queue.
• Ensure referred patients are scheduled correctly or transferred to their intended location.
• Serve as a first point of contact for patients referred to the practice.
