About The Position
Coordinates Peer 2 Peer requests for medical services in support of the quality and effectiveness of the organization's health care services. Handles provider calls and Peer 2 Peer requests, researches information, and enters member information into systems.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience working in the medical field in some capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.

- Call center experience.
- Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
