About The Position
This position is a skilled role involving the maintenance and operation of company conveyors and crushing equipment. Quarry experience is needed. The role requires thorough mechanical knowledge of crushers and related equipment, the ability to analyze malfunctions, and to repair and rebuild conveyors and crushing equipment. It also involves examining parts for damage or excessive wear and welding broken parts and structural members using stick welding processes. The job requires the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and perform basic arithmetic. Requirements
- Quarry Experience needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have currently valid welding certifications.
