The Land O’Lakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the company’s many business units, playing a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, process improvement, and innovation. This team partners closely with Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources to deliver value to Land O’Lakes business units, members, and customers. The Quality Supervisor position serves as a quality champion for the plant, overseeing 7 lab technicians and 1 positive release coordinator. This role involves the administration and monitoring of all laboratory testing equipment and procedures, ensuring testing results are timely, accurate, and meet all regulatory requirements and Land O'Lakes specifications prior to product release. The supervisor also assists in maintaining required electronic and file documentation and coaches employees to ensure compliance with quality programs and new Global Food Safety Standards.
