This role supervises Quality Technicians and leads continuous improvement initiatives as the “voice of the customer” for the facility. The position focuses on improving quality performance, reducing PPM, and ensuring compliance with the Eaton Quality System (EQMS), Eaton Business System (EBS), ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
