About The Position

This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes. The Quality Supervisor (HVAC Kitting) will oversee the day-to-day quality operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all quality aspects of Operations and Account Management. This position is mainly responsible for the supervising of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Ryder is a vital player for one of the largest and most recognizable names in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Maintenance and Supply Chain Services in the World, an industry-leading Fortune 500 company.

  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
