This role is for a Quality Manager.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and adaptable when dealing with complex situations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and documentation
  • Manage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-up
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain process standards

Benefits
