We are looking for a motivated Quality Manager to help us strengthen delivery performance, improve customer satisfaction, and elevate the overall quality of our operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Service, and Sales to ensure smooth deliveries, coordinate customer and product issues, and support the continuous improvement of our supply chain. Your work will include: Leading and facilitating root cause analyses, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented, and helping teams solve problems in a structured, fact‑based way. You will also play an important role in supplier quality by handling nonconformities, supporting audits, and working with suppliers to improve manufacturing quality and overall performance. A key part of the role involves supporting our management system. You will coordinate external audits, conduct internal audits, and help teams implement and maintain business processes. You will also contribute to quality reporting, including supporting Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) follow-up and monitoring the progress of quality initiatives across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about improving processes that directly impact customer experience and operational performance. Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in quality management and/or quality assurance
  • A suitable master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, information management, automation engineering or similar, including some quality related courses
  • Experience or formal training in quality, lean and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of project and service deliveries (power, pulp & paper, marine and/or process industry customer segments)
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of one or more Automation Solutions products (preferably DCS – knowledge of other products such as pulp & paper quality management solutions is an advantage)
  • Ability to navigate in the matrix and initiate actions proactively
  • Good verbal and written communication and training skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Note: This position will require up to 25% travel within the US and Internationally.
