What you will be doing: Lead the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and improving quality systems, procedures, and metrics across manufacturing operations. Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and third-party audits, corrective actions, and product quality issues. Implement and drive Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce variability, defects, and non-conformities. Monitor quality KPIs, conduct trend analysis, and report results to senior management. Develop, mentor, and train quality personnel to enhance team performance and engagement. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve root causes of quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, DMAIC). Oversee supplier quality performance and assist in qualification and audit activities. Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
