About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function within a high-volume environment. You will own the QMS, ensure ISO and customer compliance, drive continuous improvement, lead the quality team, manage audits, and resolve customer issues while supporting overall production performance. This position is for an Industrial Products Manufacturer located in Oxford, CT.

Requirements

Injection molding manufacturing experience is required
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in quality assurance within manufacturing
Minimum 3+ years’ experience leading or managing a team
Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems
Experience with audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Understanding of GD&T and metrology principles
Strong communication and leadership skills
All applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA
Proficient in: Injection Molding Experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality team including inspectors, technicians, and engineers
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO standards
Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
Manage customer and supplier quality concerns, ensuring timely corrective actions
Lead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all products meet customer specifications through effective inspection and process control
Coordinate metrology, calibration, and process validation activities
Monitor, report, and drive improvement of key quality metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product introduction and process improvements
Promote quality standards and customer requirements across the business
