About The Position

Provide Quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements

Must comply with site safety requirements and wear Safety Shoes, High-Visibility Safety Vest, Hard Hat, and Level 3 Cut-Resistant Gloves at all times while on the Supplier Production floor.
Must be able to speak and read in the English language
Good communications skills
Must be able to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material
Ability lift /move 50 pounds
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects
Read and follow work instructions and general processes
Use measuring or testing equipment as needed
Ensure products meet quality standards
Display excellent customer service
Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
Collect and record data
Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
Any other duties as assigned
Perform and document visual inspection to verify product is free from visible defects, rust, damage, contamination, deformation, surface irregularities, or any condition that would affect fit, form, or function.
Perform and document dimensional verification, verifying critical dimensions against the latest approved engineering drawing/print. Any parts found outside specification shall be segregated and reported immediately to the supplier.
Perform and document identification and label verification, verifying all labels are accurate and legible, confirming part numbers match customer requirements, and verifying quantities are correct.
Ensure each skid, bundle, or banded unit is individually identified with labels including at minimum: Part Number, Quantity, and any required or traceability information (e.g., Sales Order).
