About The Position
This position at Eastern Shore Hospital Center will assist with Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Joint Commission survey readiness and response. It supports the facility’s mission of providing safe, patient-centered, cost-effective care. Duties include data collection and analysis, providing feedback based on findings, and assisting with ongoing improvement activities.
Requirements
- Education as determined by the Maryland State Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Registered Nurses.
- No experience required.
- Possess a current Maryland Registered Nurse license or a current multi-state license in a party state declared as the primary state of residence.
- Provide the facility with a phone number for call-in purposes.
- May be required to possess a valid Maryland motor vehicle operator’s license if assigned duties requiring motor vehicle operation.
- May be required to successfully complete and maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.
- Subject to substance abuse testing in accordance with Code of Maryland Regulations 17.04.09.
