About The Position

The Quality Control Technician II is responsible for inspecting and dispositioning incoming, in-process, and finished goods at Epredia’s onsite facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The role performs visual or microscopic inspections, documents and reports inspection results, conducts quality investigations, and uses SAP to record results. The position works the second shift, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple laboratory tests, projects, or assignments simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience performing repetitive laboratory procedures in a regulated environment.
• Experience maintaining laboratory records, documentation, or sample tracking.
• Experience documenting laboratory results and procedures in written reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual or microscopic quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and final products.
• Report and document inspection results appropriately.
• Execute quality control investigations related to nonconformances and customer requests.
• Use the SAP system for resulting out.
• Maintain standards in accordance with GMPs, SOPs, and ISO regulations.
• Understand and follow all safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable quality regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Participate in onsite continuous improvement activities.
