About The Position

The Quality Control Project Leader oversees ISO compliance, audits, document control, and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires at least four years of job-specific and related experience, knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, analytical capability, independent work, strong written and oral communication, discretion with confidential and sensitive issues, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Access database experience is a plus. Training needs are based on the IB Tech training matrix for this position and are relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least four years of job-specific and related experience.
Demonstrated analytical capability.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

Chart monthly COPQ (RMA and Warranty).
Download Honda SPR from the portal monthly.
Issue, track, and close all CARs.
Lead ISO documentation.
Lead ISO external audits.
Lead ISO internal audits.
Lead ISO management review.
Lead OE survey.
Review quality pass-down for ISO issues.
Run the A Report daily.
Support all customer QAVs.
Track customer SPR.
Track customer SQM updates and changes.
Update all SOPs.
Update the quality budget and sort release log.
Update the quality bulletin board weekly.
Update Tuesday meeting slides weekly.
Verify ISO Tech punches for payroll weekly.
Manage documentation through the Plex system, including updating SOPs, OPST, and related documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
