About The Position

The Quality Control/Cold Side employee performs quality-control inspections and audits to support safe, efficient daily operations. The role checks designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation, verifies products against company specifications, completes required paperwork, and checks the accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels. The employee observes hourly team members to ensure established procedures and policies are followed and performs other duties as assigned. The position is based in Worthington, Minnesota, and requires a resume. The schedule is second shift, with flexibility as needed or required, and Saturdays as needed or required. Applicants must be able to perform line work and heavy lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. New team members undergo post-offer drug, alcohol, and background checks before starting work.

Requirements
