About The Position

The 1st Shift Quality Control/Cold Side position performs quality control functions to support safe, efficient daily operations. This includes conducting inspections and audits, checking cleanliness and sanitation, verifying product compliance with company specifications, completing paperwork, and confirming the accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels. The role also observes hourly employees to ensure procedures and policies are followed. Hours are on first shift, with flexibility as needed or required, and Saturdays as needed or required. The applicant must be physically capable of line work and heavy lifting, with or without a reasonable accommodation. A resume is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable and enthusiastic.
• Leadership skills and self-motivation.
• Good people skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of performing line work and heavy lifting, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Good attendance record.
