About The Position

DSA Doors is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure finished products have zero defects before they are sent to customers. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to detect defects that could cost the company time, resources, and reputation. The position involves inspecting products, recording and reporting issues, photographing finished units for the warranty database, and coordinating work priorities with the Wrapping Team.

Requirements

• Ability to work standing for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually and tactilely inspect all finished products for defects and blemishes.
• Notify supervisors when defects or blemishes are detected.
• Photograph each finished unit from assigned angles and upload the images to the database for future warranty maintenance inquiries.
• Review and assess Work Tickets to manage daily priorities and prepare work for the Wrapping Team for shipment.
• Track and document orders with damaged, missing, incorrect, poor-quality, or extra items.
• Provide reports to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
