About The Position
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for re-audit of the completed reviews performed by the Quality Assurance Team(s) to ensure consistency within the QA function. Key elements are reviewed from the document image and/or report compared to the updates in IIM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
- Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards
- Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained
Nice To Haves
- Quality and insurance experience helpful
- Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Must have a clear understanding of all insurance processes
- Must understand the clients business rules
- Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process
- Understanding of procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached
- Compile and document discrepancies to be used for training and trend analysis
- Identify error trends within processes and report to leadership
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Perform additional duties as necessary
