About The Position

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) is hiring a Quality Assurance Support Specialist to provide NIWC PAC FRD FIO quality assurance support. The position is onsite; telework is not supported, and travel is not required. The specialist assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP), ensuring compliance with NAVSEA TS9090-310 and the Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH). The role also supports quality documentation, space walkthroughs and closeouts, and trouble reporting. A Secret security clearance is required. The minimum salary is $80,000, with the maximum negotiable based on experience.

Requirements

One to three years of experience.
Knowledge of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP).
Knowledge of the NAVSEA Technical Specification (TS) 9090-310 series.
Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and general Military Specifications (MILSPECS).
Knowledge of NAVSEA TEMPEST Regulations.
Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001.
Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Item (SI) 009-04.
Skill in understanding and interpreting shipboard installation design drawings.
High school diploma.
Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP) in compliance with NAVSEA TS9090-310 and the Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH).
Submit Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and other documentation as required by Government QA.
Assist in completing space walkthroughs and closeouts.
Develop and submit trouble reports as required.
