Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products. This role governs the Quality Management system, implements the organization's quality strategy, and drives continuous improvement in quality and food safety. The position involves directing the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives, and collaborating with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy. The role also supports the implementation of International Featured Standards and promotes a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center. Additionally, it involves sustaining an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions. The supervisor will manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions. Other duties as assigned.
