Quality Assurance Supervisor
About The Position
The Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees Quality Inspectors and manages quality activities in a manufacturing environment. The role investigates quality issues, customer complaints, and returns; performs root cause analysis; and implements corrective actions. It maintains ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, manages standard operating procedures, inspections, testing, and quality records, and supports internal and external audits. The supervisor drives continuous improvement and product quality while coordinating with Production and other departments. Work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous Quality Supervisor or management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
