About The Position

Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products. This role governs the Quality Management system, implements the organization's quality strategy, and drives continuous improvement in quality and food safety. The position involves directing the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives, and collaborating with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy. The supervisor will support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center. This role sustains an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs. It also drives continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions, and manages Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
