About The Position

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain quality standards for their respective areas.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Investigate and address any quality issues or complaints from patients or their families.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the overall quality of our services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations related to quality assurance.
