About The Position

The Credentialing Quality Assurance Specialist ensures clinician credentialing files meet client standards before clearance. The role may support internal and external onboarding teams by reviewing documentation, tracking quality trends, and providing actionable feedback. It helps drive accuracy, compliance, and timely file completion to support a seamless clinician onboarding experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Review, approve, or deny credentialing assets submitted in the TCoD system, such as licenses, certifications, and background reports.
Ensure the deal is moved to the appropriate status (PCC).
Validate the accuracy and completeness of documents according to facility-specific protocols.
Communicate with internal and external Onboarding Specialists, providing clear notes and rationale for denied documentation.
Follow up promptly on corrected and resubmitted documents.
Monitor and review suppressed items for accuracy.
Monitor and review At-Risk asset documentation to ensure the process was followed appropriately.
Approve Pending OK items when appropriate.
Notify Onboarding Specialists when file reviews are finalized and communicate audit completion to support timely feedback and corrective actions.
Confirm the deal has been appropriately marked as ready to start.
Track trends in denied documentation, identify common issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with projects based on business needs.
