Requirements

5+ years of experience working in product design, product quality, and manufacturing processes in a fabrication environment.
Experience developing, evaluating, and improving quality assurance processes involving geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, production processes, and received, in-process, first article, and final mechanical parts and assemblies.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and project value estimation.
Knowledge of root cause analysis for quality issues.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the military.
Experience working as a systems engineer.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
