Requirements

5+ years of quality experience
GD&T knowledge
Blueprint reading
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with quality management software and tools
Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily quality control processes, ensuring that manufacturing standards are met consistently.
Conducting regular quality audits.
Analyzing product specifications.
Developing improvement plans based on findings.
Collaborating with production teams to provide guidance and support on maintaining high-quality standards.
Documenting and reporting on quality metrics, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
Engaging with suppliers to assess material quality.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise.
