Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Able to work weekends or off shifts as needed
Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
Strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially plastics
Effective leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong time management and work ethic
Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
Ability to train and communicate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor lab and plant quality systems in alignment with ADS Quality System
Conduct lab sample testing and provide feedback (approx. 40% of weekly duties)
Support and facilitate internal and external audits
Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, dedicating ~5 hours weekly
Follow up on Corrective Actions (CAs) and ensure timely resolution
Conduct quality training and promote a culture of quality across the plant
Perform regular inspections and ensure compliance through line and yard walks
Oversee resin sampling procedures and instrument calibration
Generate compliance documentation and respond to field complaints as needed
