About The Position

Established in 2004, Select Finishing is a leader in the finishing and coatings industry with over two decades of excellence in powder, e-coating, and liquid finishes. We're known for our commitment to safety, quality, and strict adherence to ISO and AAMA standards. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that Select Finishing complies with the ISO standards, works closely with customer demands, and ensures that the product produced and shipped meets requirements.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills when dealing with customer complaints and able to handle them in a timely manner.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of material and products to ensure a finished quality product
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions
• Maintain strong knowledge of the ISO 9001 system and quality management systems
• Participating and/or assisting in Quality Audits (Internal and External)
• Follow-up, report on Corrective Actions, and update Audit and NCR logs accordingly.
• Maintaining documentation of QA compliance activities, tracking QA deliverables of the various parties to the projects, and collecting, compiling, and reporting QA KRAs and KPIs within various quality dashboards and reports.
• Prepare audit reports promptly and raise audit/assessment non-conformities.
