About The Position

The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator for Adult Residential Services helps ensure that the individuals living in our residential programs receive care that protects their rights, meets regulatory standards, and reflects Amego's mission. The QA Coordinator reports to the Director of QA, with indirect reporting to the Vice President of QA, and is a core member of the Quality Assurance team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position within standard business hours. The role is primarily field-based, spending significant time at residential and day program locations primarily in the Northborough, MA region, but across Massachusetts. Frequent travel between program sites is a regular part of the work, and the Coordinator is expected to largely manage their own schedule, priorities, and day-to-day work.
